Daniel Falcone has called Las Vegas home since 1970. With a father who served as musical director for Frank Sinatra, Daniel was introduced to the entertainment world at an early age and began performing professionally at just 15 years old. Over the years, he has worked alongside some of the industry’s biggest names, including Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Tom Jones, Stevie Wonder, and Bette Midler. Along the way, he built lasting relationships throughout the city and developed a deep understanding of the Las Vegas community. For more than 20 years, Daniel has built a successful referral-based real estate business founded on trust, integrity, communication, and a genuine commitment to his clients.

Dani Olorenshaw moved to Las Vegas over a decade ago after an opportunity to perform with Bette Midler brought her to the city. She quickly fell in love with the energy and lifestyle of Las Vegas and noticed many friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry were also looking to make the move. Wanting to help people transition into the city she had come to love, Dani made the leap into real estate.

In 2015, Daniel and Dani partnered to form The Falcone Group, combining decades of local knowledge, strong industry connections, and a shared client-first philosophy. Together, they are committed to helping buyers and sellers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout every step of the real estate process.
